Make A One Off Donation |

A donation makes a huge difference to us at the Batten Disease Family Association. No matter what the size, it all adds up and enable our work to take place. We would not be here without your support. There are two ways to make a one off donation: By Post: Please send a cheque or postal order made payable to 'BDFA' to: BDFA c/o Heather House, Heather Drive, Tadley, Hampshire RG26 4QR. Please remember to write your name and address on the reverse of the cheque/postal order. Don’t forget that if you are a tax payer you may be eligible to complete our Gift Aid Declaration. This will increase the donation to the BDFA by 28% as we can claim the tax back. If this applies to you please download the gift aid form and send it to the Fundraising Office with your donation.
