Batten Disease Awareness Day 2010 On Saturday 5th June 2010 we held our second International Batten Disease Awareness Day – it was a great success with people across the UK (and beyond) wearing their Batten’s t-shirts to help raise more awareness of Batten Disease in their communities. We had photos sent to us of people wearing their t-shirts in the USA, Canada, Yorkshire and many more. Sara Mole won our competition for the greatest way to wear our t-shirt, as she tried to casually blend into an orange wall!
