This year's Sponsored Walk for Batten's will take place on Saturday 19th May 2012 at Cannock Chase, Staffordshire.  It is a beautiful location and our walk will take us through the ancient forest area.  On the day walkers have the choice of taking part in the  5 miles walk (this route is fully accessible) or a more challenging 9 mile walk.  For those who enjoy making a weekend of the walk we are encouraging walkers to stay at the Premier Inn at Cannock South (Watling Road) and in the evening a group meal has been reserved at the next door restaurant.  No rooms have been reserved by the BDFA so please do book early to avoid disappointment.
