Wednesday 15th December, 10.30-12.30- via zoom

This is a session for families who may have a new diagnosis and are applying for DLA for the first time, or there is a worsening in the condition and they may now be eligible for the mobility component or their young person is now approaching 16 and is transferring to PIP.

• Find out how to fill in a DLA form
• Find out when you can apply for the mobility component
• Find out how to manage the transition to PIP

If this is you and you have questions about DLA and/or PIP then please join our joint session with Lizzie Batten MBE from Amaze.

Amaze is a Brighton based charity that gives information, advice and support to families of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Brighton & Hove and Sussex.

Lizzie says ‘As well as being a bit of a disability guru, I am passionate about helping parents to get the support they deserve’.

If you would like the zoom details to join the meeting, or have any questions please email amandamortensen@bdfa-uk.org.uk.

Many thanks
