Funeral collections
For funerals, many people decide to collect donations instead of asking for flowers, if you would like to do this for the BDFA there are a few easy ways to do this.
- Get in touch with our dedicated fundraising team and we can send you collection tubs for the day. Please send your donations to; BDFA, PO Box 379, Shipley, BD18 9GE
(Cheques should be payable to Batten Disease Family Association CIO or BDFA).
You can also pay in your donations collected from a funeral service online. Please make sure you reference your loved one’s name so we can ensure all donations received will be attributed in their memory. - Asking your family and friends to donate via our website is a special way to celebrate your loved one. They’ll be able to let us know that their donation is being made in memory.
- Set up a JustGiving page to collect donations online. You can find out how to set up the page here. https://www.justgiving.com/for-fundraising/how-to-create-a-fundraising-page
