Dear Members and Supporters,
We are pleased to invite you to the 2015 BDFA Family Networking Weekend and AGM which will be held on:
Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th October 2015 from 10.30am – 4.00pm
at the Village Hotel – Dolomite Avenue, Coventry Business Park, Coventry CV4 9GZ
This year the whole event will take place under one roof at the Village Hotel, Coventry and there will be the opportunity to attend talks and workshops and to meet with other families and professionals as well as BDFA staff and advisors. A more detailed programme will be available in due course. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days and there will be an evening meal and social event on the Saturday evening.
Activities for children will run throughout the weekend with activities at the hotel on Saturday and a day trip on the Sunday (Download Info Here). These will support affected children and their siblings giving them all the chance to get involved in fun activities. Support will be provided by fully qualified nursing and care staff from Nurses Plus throughout the weekend, as well as by other volunteers.
Due to generous sponsorship including sponsorship from the Village Hotel, there will be no cost for a limited number of families to attend the conference or for their hotel accommodation. We therefore hope as many families as possible will attend.

If you are intending to come with children we do need to know as soon as possible so that we can discuss your child’s needs in planning for the day trip, even if your requirements change closer to the date.
