We are very pleased to invite you to attend the 2014 BDFA Family Networking Weekend and AGM which will be held on:

Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th November 2014 from 10.30am – 4.00pm at RNIB Pears Centre, Wheelwright Lane, Ash Green, Coventry CV7 9RA

You will have the opportunity to attend talks and workshops and to meet with other families, professionals and BDFA staff and advisors. A more detailed programme will be available in due course. Lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days.

During the weekend sessions will run for children too. These will support both affected children and their siblings giving them all the chance to get involved in fun activities. Support will also be provided by the complex epilepsy specialists at the RNIB throughout the weekend, as well as by other volunteers.

As we have secured a generous grant, there will be no cost for a limited number of families to attend the conference or for their hotel accommodation. We therefore hope as many families as possible will attend but do please register early if you wish to take advantage of this offer as funding is only available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hotel availability can only be guaranteed if bookings are made by Wednesday 1st October.

For professionals wishing to attend, the cost for attending the weekend is £25 per person and we can give you a booking reference for a preferential rate for your accommodation.
